the last 2 strikes were low and outside to me. The first one was forgiveable but the second was attrocious.

21-26? 1 run scored today on an RBI by the #8 batter? This is bad.

Lou would of been a great replacement, but now if Joe is canned, who is better to replace him?

Larry Bowa would be a delight. I'd love to see him neurotically swaying in the dugout and muttering to himself during particularly tense moments.

Anybody..maybe not Mattingly though, he's laid back too. We need somebody, anybody, with fire to shake up these assholes.

It would be better then continuing to watch Torre in a coma in those moments.

I'd like to see Girardi... he's full of piss and vinegar and with what he did with the Marlins last year he's obviously a good manager

I don't want Mattingly. He's friggin cursed. Besides,George loves him so much he could go 1 and 161 and he'd still have his job.

I believe the Angels "only" hold a 25-22 edge since 2002.

I am usually optimistic, but i think it's done for the Yankees already. How long can they and we keep saying it's early. The starting pitching is fine imo, because giving up 3 runs is not a big deal. but when this offense can only score 1 off the bat of Alphabet soup? What a fucking joke this Clemens deal is gonna be. 28 mil and a potential clubhouse problem for an area of the team thats not a problem in a season that might be done before he even gets here?
We cannot win games or series if Clueless is gonna pull pitchers like Clippard for no apparent reason. How many times has he done this and it turns out to be a loss because he disrupts the rythym of the game? If a SP is pitching well and the game is either close or we have the lead, leave him in! Don't pull him because he gives up A basehit. And sit goddamn Abreu! Please, for the love of god give Melky a chance with some consistency. Abreu is a rally killing, double play grounding into, striking out, routine fly ball dropping jackass. Send him back to the NL.
    There,i feel a little better.

Preach on. Send this to Mike Vaccaro, he might publish it in tomorrow's Post.

Clemens will help, but not to the point where this team can get out of the hole they're in. He'll get wins, pitch well, but the team will still find ways to lose. Friday the pitching and pen, today the bats, it's the type of season that shit just happens every other day.

How about Joseph Paul pulling Villone for Myers yesterday, I listened with my eyes staring at the ceiling in disbelief, granit Myers got the job done, but who the fuck brings in a lefty for a lefty?

    Abreu...Hahaha, should I even bother?

yeah,i mean were behind a team that isn't making it easy to catchup even if we're winning. They have to lose too. I can't see it happening. It would take a 78ish collapse for the sox and a complete tear for us. I hope im wrong
