Will he be cut? Will the Jets give him a pass? This is an interesting scenario versus the Mangini rules. I'm interested to see how the 2nd year coach handles this...

well mangini did give jones a second chance after a dwi, which is really much more dangerous then a fist fight so by that logic i think he stays on the team but i do think he's fined and suspended by both the nfl, and by mangini.

Amazing how everyone has become judge, jury and executioner without knowing all the facts.

Mangini will give him a pass....but Miller will be playing the run and get burned for a TD yet again. Then he'll take the ensuing kick past the 50 and spike the ball, only to have it called back because of holding by that new guy on the Jets with the dreadlocks.

Champ are you trying to say that this won't happen?
What FACTS do you have to prove this? You are SLW IMHO.

Not at all all I am saying is the Bengals cut a far superior player compared to JM which would mean that JM would be far easier to cut for us even though he was the only player on the NYJs to make the PB last year.

The Bengals have a different situation than we do right now. They're in Goodell's cross-hairs and if they have a few players screwup this year with the law they'll pay an enormous price for it. I'm talking draft picks, fines and possible suspensions of front office people who continue to allow criminals to take the field for that franchise.

Goodell is looking for a way to make this more than just player responsibility and the Bengals have the big red X on their back at the moment as he waits for a clean shot.

He is a better player based on what?

He has 2 arrests and 2 games played.
Look out if he ever plays a full season.

Mangini may ask for Miller to choose his Buds Weiser. At least he didn't put Pils 'n 'er. He Meist 'er Brow and hit her in the chin. This could Foster a suspension, but this may be viewed as a Man Guiness Stout move. Miller's quest for Heine Ken and should be dealt with in another way without being too Grolsch. I say, bring Sam Adams into camp and let him use his Rolling Rocks in Miller's Munich Edelhell. Nothing like Bra?-Weisse in the Hofbr?u M?nchen to clear one's thought's.

I think I am tapped out.

Hitting a women equals aggresive male pussey, running equals stupid, chicken shit and pussey. Do we really want a stupid, chicken shit pussey on our D, especially one that will intimidate the chearleaders when we get them at the new stadium. He should be cut today.

How unfortunate that after all the buzz about the league's new policy on player conduct that JM would get into something like this. For now, I would reserve any judgment.

But what do you think Mangini is thinking? Just how much slack do you cut someone who already has a history of knuckleheadedness.
