Indeed getting caught at 4:20 is hilarious. One of my friends rolled a car 9 times at 4:20 a month ago...weird stuff...
The chase must have been in cars....cuz no effin cop is catching him on foot!....he needs to get his act together tho...
trivial athletes are targets for the public...it's very possible some guy was talking smack to justin then justin takes a swing, hits the woman by mistake and leaves not knowing if the cops had been called.the cops then track down is hi profile car and pulls him over after a slight bought of panic on justin's part.no doubt though that he was on his cell with a lawyer or a team mate or friend to tell them to call his lawyer...had he left the scene with the intent to evade the cops he would have been charged for those actions.he is a kid,he got into a scuffle and paniced...it will get reduced in court to a ticket by his very expensive lawyer.he gets fined by the team or suspended 1 game.life goes on.many here on this board who are very jealous of the life of these young athletes will scream bloody murder.....
this is just stupid, when will these guys learn, goodell isn't playing around. if he suspended pacman for a year, and he wasnt even charged with anything yet well then i think we lose justin for a few games. its crazy though you think these guys would be on their best behavior, i dont care what the situation was unless he was acting in self defense he had no excuse to swing and damn well should have known better. this he's just a kid, boys will be boys crap doesnt fly with goodell.
LOL. I'm getting a little tired of this 'kid' nonsense; whenever there is a scuffle on the field, Justin Miller is right in the middle of it. On the field, during a play, he never seems focused. He's a second round 'steal' that didn't even really push as starter when his main competition was HANK FREAKING POTEAT. This kid got separated in the classroom from Ty Law in Herm's camp, the one where there were rumors of Chet McGlockton falling asleep regularly; what exactly does one have to do to get disciplinary treatment in a setting like that? And at what point does he become a man? I have no doubt Miller got into a scuffle with some idiot and once the punch was thrown, his posse pulled him out of there and they went somewhere inconspicuous... but from what I heard the incident happened around 2:00am or so and he didn't get 'caught' until 4:20. That should be plenty enough time for Miller to call his agent and his lawyer and take their good advice to turn himself in to police instead of being caught in a 'police chase'. (edit: what I heard was probably incorrect, they said on the radio the incident happened around 2am, probably incorrect reading other reports) I'm sorry, but Justin Miller is a punk, and he proves it every week. What I am jealous of is that he has an opportunity with my favorite team. What I am not jealous of is the way he is throwing it away.
So he punches like he tackles... And I'll bet that Mangini is sorry he brought Teddy Atlas in to give the players boxing lessons now.
This behavior is larger than just Miller. It seems to be happening all the time now. But I mean a car chase? Yikes.
50/50 you're right. If he wasn't a great kick returner he'd be cut tomorrow right after the arraignment. I'd say there's a chance he's cut tomorrow anyway.
If he's suspended I'm thinking 4 games. Henry got 8 and Pacman 16. I'm guessing Goodell is going to go a bit long on the suspensions until players stop acting like fools in the offseason.
PacMan has been arrested something like ten times in the last two years but at the time his suspension was handed down, he has not been convicted of anything. I'm not even sure he has been charged with anything in the aftermath of his countless arrests. The league seems to want to crack down on the appearance of bad behavior/conduct unbecoming and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Miller gets a one or two game suspension if he really ran from the cops....
I don't have the feeling that one or two game suspensions are in Goodell's repertoire. We'll see though.
haha miller ran from the police probably drunk thinking hes returning a kickoff and wasnt gonna get caught
Swinging at a man - understandable but a NFL player should hold back Accidentally hitting a woman - shitty bad luck - don't think it should exacerbate the offense but certainly doesn't help J-Mills's case Running from the cops - that's the deal-breaker. What a moron.
Just a guy from a previous regime proving his worth. It's not like they traded for a guy that runs over meter maids or anything.
Only the Patriots do that.. What a solid citizen.. Moss in Wellesley Posted by Albert Breer at 9:29 pm New Patriots WR Randy Moss hasn?t exactly been hiding since hitting town on Wednesday. Word has been passed along that Moss was in attendance for a Patriots? charity basketball game at Wellesley High tonight. He didn?t play in the game, one in a series of such contests the team stages, but took in the action from the bench. Moss stuck around the whole game and, living up to his rep of being a sucker for kids, stayed late to sign autographs. According to those there: ?He was great?, sticking around to hang out with the fans even after it was announced that autograph time was over.
thats messed up man a guy ducked and he caught a women, the guy who ducked is a punk he could of defelected the punch or take it like a man... now miller is charged for hitting a women he didnt mean to hit... unbelievable.
