I never said Elway wasn't great, just found it ironic. And no, I will never, ever argue that Marino was great.

Your flippant response has changed my mind. Now I believe I am witnessing 2 Raiders fans argue the greatness of John Elway. Thank you for your assistance. BTW, the term 'overrrated' is overrated. You can't argue with results.

Not to mention, by the way, your reputation for predicting is hitting the national stage.

    From BroncoMania and SaintsReport.

I'm crestfallen, Jeauxseph. You've been cheating on us.

I'm not arguing with results, I'm arguing with how they got those results.

Sorry, but I don't think the NFL is so simple as "the QB did it."

How many QB's all-time could you possibly rank above Elway? The list is short.

    1. Otto Graham
    2. Dan Marino
    3. Brett Favre
    4. Peyton Manning
    5. Fran Tarkenton
    6. Joe Montana

    That'd be about it.

And yah Tarkenton was better than Elway. He survived for 17 years in an NFL in which QB's knees were primary targets and "in the grasp" was what happened to you just before you were picked up and hurled head first into the ground with nary a penalty flag in sight.

what was priceless about jeaux was how he talked so much trash leading up to the game at the end of the season, and he seemed to really believe the Raiders would win a road game on the East Coast against a playoff team.
At least he donated the money like he said he would.

    You're an idiot.

Br4dw4y5ux you forgot Steve Young, but I pretty much agree with that list.

I've seen Elway listed as a top 3 QB all time. There are 4-5 guys who played with him and after him I like more (Young, Favre, Montana, Manning, Marino).

It's not like I think Elway's bad, just a tad overrated.

Now it alot clearer why Raiders lost that game. Ask detriot why you don't win a meaniless game . Raiders got the Stud Qb(Jamarcus Russell)

If he's such a stud, why can't you spell his name? Jamrcus?

No one would know the difference whether you tanked the game or not, jeaux. Your team is that bad.

Wow, this thread has really been hijacked and I've contributed to it. Let me try to get back on track.

    Boom: Jamarcus Russell, Adrian Peterson

    Bust: Brady Quinn, Greg Olsen

For a team that bad , your team sure goes for Raiders rejects. Your big Fa signing Kenyon Coleman, couldn't even make raiders roster a couple years ago.
I Really like the direction raiders are heading in. The Raiders roster in alot better shape, than Jets roster. JMO Raiders will win a championship before Jets do.

I have never seen anyone be worse on predictions than you. Seriously. So I welcome all your Jets-bashing statements.

Call it what you want. I call it the way I see it. I gave Jets Props for winning as many games they did last season, with the talent they have on the team(JMO five win talent). Again its was unbelievable job the Jet coaching staff did, but with the schedule getting alot harder this year, I see Jets taking a big step back next year. jets were not just two players away, from being a championship caliber team. There are so many teams, if you compare position by position, that are in alot better shape than Jets.

yep, the Raiders are a lot better than the Jets. They were last season as well. The strange thing is figuring out how the Jets did so much better than the Raiders with clearly inferior talent.

when will you just get yourself committed?

This may shock some people but um...the Raiders actually do have talent. Quite a bit of it actually.

I'd love to raid their roster and steal Tommy Kelly and a few other guys I'm too lazy to name right now.
