This weekend should be fun as the 2 best teams in the NL will do battle. Unfortunately we get their best guys and they are getting 2 guys trying to resurect careers and a guy trying to start one. This should be a fun series if they were to meet in October which I would love to see as the NLCS.

I do my best!

I'm off to see Spidey 3 and then dinner with 4 other couples, so I will miss most or all of tonight's game. Cheer our boys on for me, guys.

Wow, where was everybody tonight? Very glad to come back and get the good news about the game. Thumbs up for enough hitting, and nice jobs by Sosa, Feliciano and Wagner. A big thumbs down for that clown Heilman.

Heilman is the guy I can't stand, can you please find some consistency.... please? He strikes me as Braden Looper part 2.

Nice win, set the tone for the weekend and take some pressure off of Pelfrey facing Sheets today.

Today would be perfect day for Pelfrey to have his coming out party.

So is time to consider taking out Pelfrey, not Sosa, from the rotation when El Duque comes back? He hasn't gotten one win, and he's had one decent start.

Unless something changes in Sosa's next start, I don't think that there is the slightest doubt that Sosa will stay and Pelfrey will go.

Brilliant relief job by Feliciano - 5 pitches, 3 outs, out of the inning.
