    I would laugh my ass off if Rudy went to jail for this! I can't stand him, and I don't want him as President.

    Plus, I could never stand how he was always viewed as the #1 Yankees fan in the city. If any "star" is, it's Billy Crystal, but there is no #1 Yankees fan. There's 96ers, and there's everyone else.

    This is more about Rudy taking gifts than the Yankees...I am sure Mayors and Governors all over have some sort of gift from the championship team in their cities...

    The Yankees have done nothing wrong. This is all on Giuliani. He is a former prosecutor but he will try and get away with anything if it is to his benefit. The same way he is waffling on the abortion issue now. He will eventually end up on the side of any issue that he thinks has him getting the best chance of the Republican nomination.

    Actually if you read the Article, they surveyed the other teams, and none received this type of extravagant gift.

    if there is a story of a yankee getting a divorce, or getting arrested, or looking stupid while being drunk shade will post it.

    but someone always beats him to it.

    Shade is the ultimate Yankee fan. he cares more about the yankees than the Mets as alot of the Met fans on this board do.

    Why do Mets fans care so much about what the Yankees are involved in while the Yankees fans don't care at all what the Mets are involved in? You never see any negative threads about the Mets started by Yankees fans yet every day there is a Mets fan who starts one about the Yankees. I'm not going to try to figure out why because its all been heard before but it just doesn't make any sense to me.

    Becasue Met fans are baseball fans, Yankee fans are frontrunners.

    Hating the Yankees is more American then Rohan Tyner's God Bless America.
