released by the browns. might be a better option than dt convert brandon moore. got the mangini connection there from his time with the pats and i believe hes from ny.
Not THAT big of a connection. But i would take him as a solid veteran. His best years are behind him.
Staten Island native, family still lives there... Superbowl champion as well as mangini guy... why not give him a shot at RG?
Andruzzi turns 32 in August + Kendall turns 34 in July = Sign Andruzzi to 3 year deal and cut Kendall
Why would you make personnel moves based on age alone? Kendall did a good job last season. He's probably better than Andruzzi at this point. Cleveland released the guy for a reason.
In the NFL thread there is a link to a Browns web site. Acording to the people there, he's done because of injuries.
That doesn't make sense because Kendall is still productive. Why would you cut Kendall now when he performs better than both linemen on the right side? Andruzi should be brought in to play right tackle until we can find a better replacement, no doubt about it, we need to make this move.
I am sure Mangini has some insight into Andruzzi more than I , But from what I was heard is that he is not doing well on the health front and may be done. Sorry no links, I can not remmeber what show I heard this from.
that would be pointless...if anything that would be a downgrade... bring in Andruzzi to take over Moore's postion...that would be an upgrade...
southern connecticut state alum, tough as nails will play through anything, but bad knees might retire
Yuck. I read up on this today and he has been banged up for the last two years. I'll pass and hope someone like Adrian Jones or Bender can beat out Moore for the RG job.
^weren't you for him in the other threads? We can have thread after thread on Andruzzi, and thread after thread im going to say the same thing. He's done. The browns fans are happy to see him go, he's not even half of what he used to be.
I dont think its about the replacement we just need alot of depth on the line we stocked up defensively now we need offense
