    Samardzija's contract prohibits him from playing any other sport. It's a 5 year deal and so anybody taking him has just thrown away a 7th round pick. He's contractually bound to ignore any offer they make.

    Question about Thomas: He probably won't help us for at least another year...shouldn't we get a more poslished nose tackle?

    LOL, Dallas Baker?I remember some people here had Dallas going in the 4th or fifth round.I am rooting for Duckworth at this point. Walter Thomas will be an undrafted free agent and WILL NOT play in this league.

    I rather have project like Thomas rather than someone that probably is going to get cut after training camp

    Mason Crosby was swas drafted by Green Bay.The TE out of Rutgers is still out there, Ryan Harris.
