This is nuts. You're telling me that none of the 30 other teams in the league would offer more than a 4th round pick for Randy Moss. That's just idiotic.
This was my first thought when I heard about the trade. I think Moss will do more harm than good to NE...a great receiver with a crap attitude that will hurt team in ways great and small. Moss is a loser.
The reason why other teams did not offer the same deal is because Moss would only resrtucture for the Pats and no one else.
Wasn't Rodney Harrison also supposed to be done when he got to NE for a low round draft choice? This is not a good thing anyway you look at it. They have a solid O line, and the best QB in football, its hard to imagine Moss won't figure out a way to conbribute for another 4 years to this nightmare. God i hate the patriots.
it is my understanding that moss had a short list of teams he wanted to go to....... if it comes down to picking the jets or pats at this point, what would you do? regardless of pennington, moss knows brady and the pats are that much closer to the SB than the jets. jil
