NFL.com reports that the Raiders have agreed to send Randy Moss to the Patriots for a fourth-round draft pick.
A new contract has already been worked out and Moss is arriving Sunday for a physical. More to come shortly. Apr. 29 - 10:28 am et

I hate Moss and I hate the Pats but their team is stacked this year. It goes against everything they've believed in philosophically about how to run a team but, on paper, it definetly strikes fear. I loved the Stallworth signing. I've been a big fan of his. I wish the Jets would have him but we obviously don't need any help at wide receiver.

Damn, now I will puke for a month. This was rumored and then called off on Friday. I predicted it this morning. Now I predict that will use that extra 1st they got for next year to get Michael Turner too.

I say we counter by giving away a pick next year to get back into the 4th round and then draft Tanard Jackson.
Those of you who think we are going to get anything for Mac Cariens , think again, our players have MAYBE , MAYBE a 7th round value.

Yeah I just saw it too on NFLN, on paper that WR core is quite crazy. There no.1 and no.2 wr's last year may not even get on the field for the most part.

    Stallworth, Moss, Welker, Washington, etc....

Going to be interesting to see how we play vs. them week 1.

Hey nothing wrong with being worse than New England and having them have more draft picks than us every year. That works.

We had a thread all day Friday on how we knew we could get him for our 3rd. We all knew we wouldn't though. He's not a Mangini guy....barf....barf....barf

Did anyone say salary cap? They can have him. I like Randy, but he is getting old , has done nothing the last 2 years and isn't capable of giving 100% all the time. Belichek sees the clock running out on his team and is getiing desperate. No way does he add some of the high risk players he has added over the last 2-3 years and come out unscathed.

A 4th rounder for a WR the caliber of Moss? The Raiders ineptitude is mind numbing and the Pats F'in suck!

I'd have given up a fourth just to steal him and not have him go to NE. A fourth round pick.. seriously? How does this always seem to happen with the Pats? Unreal

No way...why use a 1st for Turner when Maroney is poised to be a top 5 back this year?

    An interesting theory though.
