You're an idiot. I never really had a problem with you. But this statement is stupid man. Do you not read anything that is said and then just post shit so you can grill people?

I was saying all along Miami @ Jets week one but after finding out Miami will most likely be home week one I agree with you Steelers @ Jets week one. I also predict the Patriots road game will be MNF and the KC game will be week 17. That would be kind of ironic as far as playoff implications might be and how a Herm coached team in the past has needed a W and some help to get a spot more than once...........

You hit the nail on the head. CBS and Fox felt like they were getting the "business" end of NBC's flexible schedule last year. Before locking in to a schedule they want to see what they're getting.I'm sure all three networks are trying to out do each other.

Because the discussion immediately preceding his post was about the preseason schedule, NOT the regular season schedule.

People have been talking about both in this thread, not just the regular season, and his post was in response to another post that was specifically talking about the preseason.

Anybody have guesses to what games might be featured in primetime?

I think a New England game and maybe the game against Cinci. have a chance.

Reading this thread brightens my day--like a flock of lambs bounding through a dewy meadow, or sunset during the millet harvest, or a worn shoe happily awaiting its foot.

    Peace out, L3

I just hope the bye week is in week 7, so the Jets have played enough games to evaluate their weaknesses and then tear it up for the next 10 games.

Usually the bye is anywhere from week 7-9. I have a feeling the NFL may give the Jets the bye on Oct 28 so the Giants have the NY spotlight playing in London. The following week the Giants have the bye and the Jets would most likely have a home game.....
