With the 166th pick in the 2007 Draft, the Miami Dolphins select... CHRIS LEAK (QB) - FLORIDA With this pick the Fins select an overlooked QB from the state's beloved Gators. Despite his height, they hope that Leak can provide an explosive offense through moving around outside of the pocket to allow recievers to get open. Since the Fins have an obvious problem at QB they're willing to roll the dice on Leak in hopes he can turn the Dolphins around like he turned his career around at Florida. With the 172nd pick in the 2007 draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select... Tony Franklin (S) - Virginia The Bengals decide to go for a safety with this pick to secure what was a very weak secondary. With the acquisition of Chris Houston in the first round and now Tony Franklin the Bengals secondary looks stronger. This Franklin pick was made to provide depth and competition in the secondary. He's a little shorter than I'd like at Safety but can probably play Corner if need be. Pro Day Results: Franklin (5-9?, 185) ran his 40s in 4.67 and 4.68 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.29 and the three-cone drill in 7.06.
