He should have always been in the second round. I agree, though, trade down. There is nothing at 25 that much better then what would be at 35-40. That is probably a draft day move though.

Today we signed david bowens (Miami Dolphins). I truely do not think we are going defense with the first pick. OL or WR is my guesse. How many more defensive ends can we possibly pick up?

we already "wasted" two 1st round picks on LT and C last season. we're not going to waste another 1st rounder on a guard. hopefully not...we could pick up grubbs (who's better than blalock IMO) with one of our 2nd round picks

you said you were on board Koz. how dare you.

if blalock is gone, then I'm screaming for a WR or CB rd 1.

Is this a deep draft for WR's? If so, then we wouldn't need to draft one in the 1st...2nd maybe...

lol i wasnt saying they were horrible picks. but i just dont like drafting o-linemen in the 1st round. center and left tackle, ok. but i think its enough now. you dont have to have 5 1st round picks on our o-line. the colts, chiefs, patriots, they all have a bunch of undrafted free agents in there, and lots of late round picks.

i would suspect that a wr or another ol in the first round. if we can get a player that contributes immediately it would be a decent pick but i cannot see a db contributing with our imediate secondary.

i don't know about wadsworth but i can see Haynes sticking if he proves he can stop the run. then you use him on first and some second downs. Coleman is a decent pass rusher. You rotate them. frankly i don't think ellis has been any good since he signed his new contract. i look for him to be gone after this season. so I would not be surprised if they ar elooking for someone in the draft as well.
