Thanks for the other team, what does everyone think of my match of Alexander with the Colts, I like him being undersized and with lots of speed for this defense.

I also love the Shaw pick, he was my other option and I spent hours deliberating on who I liked better, and it would depend on the team. Shaw has alot of diversity in where he can line up and that opens things up bigtime, overall I like him better and would love to see him in Green and White

  4. Obviously the raiders had alot more glaring needs, but Shaw offered such good value and brings a TON of versatility to the table that he'll help the team in SOME way, and I had to pull the trigger

Thank you guys for trusting me. I assure you I will make my picks with intelligence and in a timely manner. I also assure you that I will steal as many picks away from each of you as humanly possible ;) JK

People shouldn't make the mistake of trying to draft a guy that was already picked... There's an updated pick by pick thread plus my draft grade thread that includes all of the picks that are pretty much up to date.

very nice pick by the Texans in Wedling...this kid could be a star. I was really debating between he and Troy Smith with my last pick but with the QB uncertainty in TB and with such a High Rewards type guy in Smith I couldnt pass on him.

Id like to get some other peoples input...Who would have been a better pick for the Bucs?

    Wedling, Saftey

    or

    Troy Smith, QB

  13. That kyle young pick is an interesting one. i liked him for the raiders as a sleeper in round 7, he ran like 5.7 and apparently was significantly out of shape at his pro day.

Yeah, I don't like the Young pick, he was a nice 4th round prospect, BEFORE his horrible pro day. Running a 5.7 is just not acceptable for any pro athlete, just horrible for him. He should be at highest a late 5th rounder now, so I think it was a huge reach there, and not a good pick.

While I take no responsibility for the picks made before I took over for the Dolphins and Bengals and I probably would've steered the teams in a different direction, let me ask what you think of Brian Robison on the Dolphins?

I take it by Wedling you mean John Wendling the Safety out of Wyoming. I don't know too much about him. I don't think Smith is going to pan out in his NFL career so Wendling is a better pick. I'd rather have Eric Weddle from Utah but we can't all get what we want.

Is there any way the players selected by position thread can be updated more often? I almost made that mistake also.

Gh is the owner of that thread, it's up to him.

I update the player's taken by round quite often, check that thread.
