Trades of picks just complicate the entire process. Of all the mock drafts I've ever been involved in, trades create more confusion. GH's idea of no trades and random picking out of a hat, your 2 teams is the best way to go. I won't even sign up for a mock draft that involves trading players..................it's a Madden game gone bad. Also, in talking with GH, I believe we are keeping the GM list to only 16, 2 teams per GM. List is being determined by the commitment of past participants, and regulars on this Draft board. If you are left out, there will be a short waitlist. I believe GH will be posting the list soon. 16 GMs that are solid and fully commited to this draft is better than 32 not in it for the duration. If you are selected for this draft and CANNOT put forth an effort to make sure you make your picks timely, on spring break etc., or at least will not PM a short list (ranking board) of players, let us know ASAP, and we will offer your teams to the next person on the wait list. We need a MOD to delete the current draft that is pinned, both threads, to elimate confusion with the new draft. Jetfans119 did a good job, but didn't receive enough support.

I'm sorry to BakerMaker, CoolerGlennFoley and RobA, just didn't have the room to fit you guys in. I went by track record in these mocks, and the guys picked all showed some solid dedication. BakerMaker, you're the #1 alternate, so if anyone drops out or misses a pick, I want you to take up that person's teams. Just a few more added notes: THERE WILL BE NO TRADES. This seems to be the concensus, and also easily makes the most sense as far as doing this thing as smoothly as possible. I would also like to start this tomorrow morning if possible, but wouldn't be opposed to pushing it back to Thirsday if everyone felt more comfortable. I'll be posting the Picks thread in a moment.
