    Found this tidbit:

    Moving up

Anthony Spencer could be hearing the chant "J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets" on draft day, according to the latest mock draft from John Murphy of Yahoo! Sports.

"The Jets have addressed their backfield situation (Thomas Jones), so ... the primary need area for them is finding a front-seven playmaker. As they initially indicated an interest in acquiring the services of Adalius Thomas, the pass rusher comes before the run stuffer. Spencer has ideal speed and athleticism to be this year's version of the new 'hybrid'-scheme pass rusher. His versatility as a defender also will excite head coach Eric Mangini."

That would make me very happy. I like Spencer quite a bit. He's an excellent athlete, good speed, and definitely has big play ability.

Still, I'd be almost dissappointed, because that means Jarvis Moss is either off the board or we passed him up.

With the 25th selection in the 2007 NFL Draft, the New York Jets select, Greg Olsen, TE, Miami.

Not is a one syllable word...so he broke the word into two syllables so he could do the chant...

Haha...he isnt the MUST draft player...but I wouldnt adding that speed to our TE position.

There numerous others I like...Blalock, Moss, Spencer, Ross, and others are all good players for the jets.

I agree, getting a TE would be great, and I think we SHOULD get one with our first few picks this year, but I don't think the 1st round is where we need to get one. I like Ben Patrick in the 3rd. It is just we have about 3 or 4 other needs we have to fill, and I just couldn't see us, and don't want to see us, wasting a pick on a backup. Olsen would probably only come in on 2-TE sets. So I think it would be nice to have another weapon on offense, but you could find that elsewhere, and we have too many needs to fill to draft a position in the 1st round where we are not even gonna get a starter, or at least not a big improvement over our current starter.

No need for Greg Olsen, Jets have a TE already named Chris Baker.

    Nough said on that.

With that said if we get Revis or Houston to fall on our laps, we best take them because our current CB situation isnt hot at all.

Did you want us to draft him before he ran a 4.4? hes not that big of a downfield threat..

Olsen won't drop past Cincinnati at 18 anymore, so unless you trade up he's a forget about it.

I want Blalock, Spencer, or someone that slips (including Hall, Houston, Carriker, etc.).
