sorry I really do not care about any of the other teams except the Jets.I still do not understand why we are picking a CB first and I hope that doesnt happen.Hopefully we sign Nick Harper and go with Oline with our first two picks.

This mock is OK. I am not going to go into specifics but some of your picks seem off. As for the Jets picks, I love the Revis pick, personally I am praying we land either him or Aaron Ross (Unless Chris Houston or Leon Hall falls, which is doubtful). Everyone seems to be going nuts of Alama-Francis, but I don't really like him that much. I don't see him developing into anything special. A nice pick, which most proabably like, but I am not a fan of. Beekman will NOT drop that far. If he does, than great pick, but I highly doubt he drops there. And finnally, I like the Bazuin pick. He is kind of like Alama-Francis with me. I wouldn't mind the pick, and would be fine with it, but he doesn't come off as anything special to me.

I would give this draft a C for realism.
But I would give it like a B-/B as far as the Jets draft goes, because I don't hate any of the picks.

Why no CB? I really wouldn't be comfortable with any of the guys we have starting at CB other than Dyson. We need some kind of upgrade. I wouldn't count on Justin Miller to finally hit his potential this year.

If we signed Nick Harper, I'd be more than happy to go after Justin Blalock in the 1st round, but this is assuming we don't sign anyone else.

Mark it down, Beekman will fall that far. Offensive Guards aren't normally in high demand in the draft.

I'm just curious, how would you have picked this draft?

Why do you say that Francis won't develop into a good player?

I'm a huge Beekman fan, I'd love to see that pick happen. As for the rest, I could really go either way, Bazuin is a Jet-type pick and I'd like to see that one, as well; I'm not the biggest fan of either Revis or Alma Francis, but it's possible. On the whole I like what you did though, took some creative license and had a few runs in there. Well done.

If we get the combo of Beekman and Blalock/Grubbs I will be over the moon those two in no particular order is great. If he falls as far as you say then I will not be averese with us taking Revis or any other CB if we do not get Harper.

I wouldn't mind replacing Alma-Francis with a different player since it looks like Kenyon Coleman will start.... I'll have to catch that with my next mock.

    Anything else?

I like it. I may have gone this way though:

    1. Justin Blalock, G Texas
    2a. Lamar Woodley, OLB/DE Michigan
    2b. Josh Wilson, CB Maryland
    3. Mike Walker, WR UCF

Blalock would be a beast to plow the way for Jones and Washington. Revis or Blalock are no-brainers here though.

Woodley doesn't have the best measurables, but the guy's got amazing instincts and a nose for the ball. He's very good in pursuit as well and would help the run D. Great intangibles as well, was a team leader on Michigan.

Josh Wilson's an insane athlete, and may have the best chance in the draft of being a true shutdown corner like Champ Bailey. He's a bit undersized but has an amazing vertical and gets in front of a lot of balls. He's also one of the fastest players in the draft. His biggest problem is that he wasn't amazing in college as far as production goes. He needs to gain some strength to match up with physical recievers. Boom or bust really at this point.

Walker's a bit of a reach, but with no 4th rounder I take a chance on this guy. I really like his potential from what I've read.

I was with you with Francis up until the Coleman signing, but I like the rest of your draft. Swapping Blalock and Wilson for Revis and Beekman would be a sound move, and I think you have to take Woodley to help the pass rush at #59. At this point, our third rounder could go a bunch of different ways. Brandon Mebane from Cal might be someone we look to rotate in with Coleman at DE or to coach up as a NT, although I actually like DRob's progress over the course of the year. If he fell 2 more spots, I probably would have taken Doug Free to groom as the RT of the future.

    I like:
NY Jets: Ikiaka Alma Francis DE Hawaii

But even i couldn't see them selecting him over Woodley.

That was my only real critique...if the board falls that way, I think you replace Alama-Francis with Woodley and go BPA (developmental RT?) instead of Bazuin in round 3.

I'd also rather take Blalock in round 1 and go for a CB in round 2, where you have us taking Beekman. But if things fell that way (with us getting Woodley in the 2nd), I certainly wouldn't complain.

I'm thinking we should have gone with Ryan Harris or James Marten instead of Francis the more I think about it...
