I'll speak for me personally. I'm not jumpin you Nes'...I feel you on giving a person a chance but when person has had COUNTLESS chances and then someone is injured as a direct or indirect result of his continued bad behavior, enough is enough.

A lot of people have it bad dude, that's when you rise to the occasion and turn that bad into something good. Pacman is a fool. Oprah had it worse than he did and look where she's brought her misfortune, every opportunity she gets, she helps those by giving them opportunities she didn't have.

Pacman needs a dose of reality, if he doesn't appreciate that life his talents have afforded him maybe he'll wake up if they are stripped from him.

I'm kind of with you on this I started a thread similar to this.
SOMEONE is going to give this guy another (yes another) chance to play in the NFL , and its going to be last chance saloon and for the few brain cells that Pacman actually has MUST realise this...so why not us?
Draw up a contract that has protection clauses in so that any funny business , and hes on the road.

Which is why he needs to taken away from Nashville and all the bad shit that hangs around with him needs to be dumped there.
His future is hanging in the balance and if he hasn't already worked that out then hes F****d.
Of course there are no bad apples in NY are there  just one big good green apple.
I say if he becomes available we give him a go. I'm pretty much split on this one and in my head he wins it by 1%.

i didnt mean you directly. the reason that people like pacman never learn is because there is always someone saying "hes talented, give him a shot". nobody said no to him, so he doesnt understand that there are limits you do not pass, and if you go past them, there are serious consequences.

hopefully goodell will grow a pair of balls and keep him out of the nfl. tagliabue allowed murderer leonard little to play in the nfl on his watch, goodell shouldnt allow ANOTHER peice of shit human being to take up any roster spot.

the negatives in his life arent from nashville, they are in atlanta, where he is from. tenn isnt whats wrong, its who he surrounds himself with, and that he has no true sense of society and the limits a rational, functioning part of it puts on themselves. my g/f, your wife, they may make us so mad that you'd want to hit them, but you wouldnt. right? why? because we understand that nobody has the right to raise their hands in anger at a woman. pacman cant even handle that...let alone anything else.

Coles mouths off all the time, and people defend him by saying he's had a hard life. Where do you draw the line? It's hard to be consistent when you make excuses for one guy, but then not others.

What a waste of talent though. Seriously, Jones has AMAZING talent, and if he had his head on right, I have no doubt he could develop into a top 3 corner (behind Champ and Asante, I really like Quintin Jammer too, but he isn't as good). Goes to show you how important it is to have the mental aspect of the game down, all the talent in the world does you no good if you refuse to use it correctly.

It's not even that, it's not the fact that he hit the woman, it's that he just has no justification for it. Women can join the army now, become firefighters, and do pretty much everything else a man can, so obviously you can hit them if they start a fight with you or deserve it. If a woman slaps my little brother or my mom or anything like that, you better believe I'd stomp the shit out of her. But Jones is just retarded, he's throwing money at strippers and gets mad when they take it? Wtf? He's just completely nuts man.

Samual is not the #2 corner-- he's well behind Bailey, McCallister, Hall, Clements, etc. If he plays for another team, he goes down the same path Deon Branch did, and becomes a good, not great player.

I think the reason we lost to the Patriots was, like Pacman said, we don't have enough thugs. The team needs more thugs, period.

That's about the most absurd thing I have ever seen posted. What if your mother slapped a man in the face for no reason, and he started hitting her-- would you want the people around to share your feelings, and think that because your mom could be in the army, that she can take a punch from some guy twice her size? Absurd.

ATL, I really have to give you some props on this post. Not that I agree or disagree with it, but it's the first time I've ever, ever seen a troubled NFL player being compared to Oprah.

Man, it's like you were shooting in the dark with your eyes closed and a burlap sack over your head with that comparison. Not even on the same planet, much less the ballpark.

I'd love to have a guy named Pac-man on the team. Problem is I think people are more afraid he'll use his power pellets to MAKE ghosts instead of eat'm
