I could think of about 10 reasons why not which happens to be the amount of time he has been contacted by the police since he was drafted. Which was 3 years ago.
If I was Roger Goodell, I would make a huge example out of Pac-Man. This would be the perfect time to use him as the league sacrafice. I dont see him being in this league much longer. No go at making a run at him! :/
Don't be silly. I'm pretty sure it's Clitorett. If you want to throw around draft picks for players that'll probably be out of the league before the next season even starts, then you'll be "impatient" for quite a while longer, I'm afraid.
If this guy gets in trouble in Tennessee and Atlanta, where ever he is... Imagine him in New York, partying it up in Manhattan or anywhere... Busta Rhymes will need a new bodyguard.....
Come on dude be real. He is going to have 20-25 members of a posse. They will all be rolled and packing. What kind of trouble can he possibly get into with all those people protecting him?
I wouldn't take him if he came and played for free. this guy doesn't deserve to ever wear an NFL uniform again.
Anyone dumb enough to take 81 grand of his own cash, and throw it at strippers, is bound to make a bone head play on the field at some point. That and he is basically a criminal, lol.
I would think that the trade would be voided if he never plays a down for us. I would give our GM more credit for being able to negotiate a deal than that.
Voided? Right. So, if he gets put away for 5 years, we'll just ask the Titans for a do-over. I'm sure they'll be more than willing to comply.
Much like when a player fails his physical, the terms of a trade agreement have stipulations to protect both sides. If we are giving something of value to the Titans (draft picks), is is our right to include contract terms as to the value (he passes his physical and is not kicked out for something he did prior to the trade) we will receive. We still take some risk if he isn't out yet but if the league has already decided to kick Pacman out, the Titans have nothing of value to trade.
The next time we see Pac man playing football for money will be as an extra in the Longest Yard part deux.

Is that even possible? I've never heard of any team agreeing to something like that. When a player is taking a physical, the trade isn't complete unless he passes. There are no terms of agreement made until he is cleared by the doctor. That's completely different than, say, if Pac-Man is traded to the Jets for picks and gets arrested during the season or something. There's no way to "void" the deal then. What do you want the Titans to do? Give the players they drafted with our picks? Return draft picks for a future draft, even though there's no way to gaurantee that it'll be at the same spot?
I think we are talking apples and oranges. I was talking about things Pacman already did. If Pacman screws up once he is ours that wouldn't be the Titan's problem. I just don't think the deal should be final if the league kicks him out for something he already did. That would make him damaged goods (moreso than eh already is). Signing him risking potential screw ups is a good deal (high upside like TO), signing him with us on the hook for his past problems doesn't get us anything (more like signing Ricky Williams).
