If he gets cut by the Titans the Commishner and other people in the league office will strong discourage any other team from signing him.
I was born a year after we won our only SB. Call me impatient but I wouldn't mind winning one now. I say give our fifth rounder and our 2008 third rounder to the Titans for Pacman but only if we restructure his contract to be based mostly on incentives. Tennesee would probably have to throw in a roster bonus to make the new contract work for Pacman.

The first reason is that the Titans are trying to trade him and may just keep him if they get no takers. The second reason is that it is much easier to negotiate with a guy while he is still locked up than when he is a UFA. If we wait until he is cut he will probably demenad a price tag that includes too much guaranteed money. If the Titans are getting draft picks from us they might pcik up part of the guaranteed compansation which would lower our risk. The picks I mentioned are a very small price to pay for a proven pro bowl CB, especially if we are paying him with incentives instead of guaranteed money. Sure glad that you aren't our GM.
