    yeah, before everyone does backfilps. i hope hes not overpaid, i know we need him on this team but it were just overpaying the few players worth keeping then its really holding us back from building a championship team.

    im definitely glad it got done but i wanna see the contract.

    hobson actually.....rhodes contract talks (i imagine) wouldnt start until next offseason...and even then i believe he would be an RFA
    eric coleman is also a FA next season i think

    his will probably come after this yr. hes definitely next in line for deserving one. but the team will probably let him take his 3rd yr from his rookie contract before making him a top 15 paid db or something along those lines to seal him in for another 5 yrs

    thats just a guess tho

    hobson i can live with. he played solid this season. eric coleman can play is contract out and leave imo.

    I could be wrong, but I think its a pile of paper with a bunch of small writing, and some numbers that has a couple of signatures at the end.

    I would think the contract would be in the ballpark of Reggie Brown, who got something like a $10-12 million signing bonus...
