Here is the batting order: 42. Bills: the shumanator 43. Falcons: King Koopa 44. Panthers: BakerMaker The shumanator had had more than 24 hours. It is about time someone picked for him. I pick for the Steelers at 45 so someone else can make pick # 42.
Ugoh was a very nice pick at that stage, I thought that he'd be picked by Detroit or TB earlier in the draft. What do you think of my two picks(Merriweather and Hughes)?
Merriweather should be a first rounder. I think you know how I feel about that pick. Hughes was a good pick as well. Definitely one of the top five guys available.
Errr, I was hoping Daymeion Hughes would fall to my Patriots pick. Well w/e, nice pick, he was a big steal.
But Garrard can play, and Leftwhich should be back, That would give them a QB dilemma, say they trade Leftwhich, for a......Wide Reciever (after losing Jimmy Smith or whatever his name is) then they will have Garrard, and watever QB they draft, who should they start, the vet or the rookie..?
Who is better for the Titans?? I don't really like the depth of this draft at all to be honest with you after looking over some of these things......last year's draft was way better IMO
OL is a thin position in this draft and is now a lot thinner at this point of the draft. There are many other positions with higher value than OL. When I make my next pick for Denver, I think you will see at least one example of who I think would have been a better pick here. Also, I said that I did like Satale so I don't get the comment about hating on Hawaiian players. I don't care where the guy went to school but I will call a reach when I see it.
Satale is slowly creeping up draft boards.....two very good draft sites have him as a solid 2nd round pick, and he is also very versatile which is perfect for the Titans situation with guard and center......maybe I would have tried to trade down, but I didn't think he would last till the 3rd round, and the Titans would love this guy.
I think Satele is a solid pick. He has the versatility to help Tennessee somewhere on the line. He really wasn't that big of a reach.
