drafting Marcus Mcauley...I have to be honest it depresses me. At least it is a change from Marshawn Lynch.
Theres nothing wrong with him. I was a HS linebacker so I am partial to D. I like seeing names like Woodley, Moss, Moses, Spencer for my Mock draft likings
i see where you are coming from, but tell me this, in that stretch of games, (last 8) that really mattered, who was more consistent, our running game or Defense, think about that, we need a EDRB, and Leon and Ced aren't it, i say we take Marshawn with our first and then we take 2 straight Defensive players, do some trades, and get Johnnie Lee Higgins, and Tony Hunt in round 3. Cut Ced and Barlow, and have Tony Hunt, Marshawn, and Leon
i was thinking more along the lines of us drafting a Marshawn if he falls to us. then second round brian lenard for a fullback if not him then michael bush then defense for a while til we ge a OG and a tall possesion receiver later in the draft
If Marshawn Lynch falls to us, i would love to pick him up, (if we dont pick up LT's backup) then address the DE/OLB spot in the second round, and hopefully a good run blocking OG
Round 1: if no Marshawn or AP, take DE/OLB (spencer, carriker, woodley,Pat Willis, Timmons) Round 2: Michael Bush (i round 1 is DE/OLB) (if not) DE/OLB ^(one of above) Round 2: Ben Grubbs/Josh Beekman Round 3: Paul Williams/Johnnie lee higgins/Dave Ball
