A few last potential problems that I've seen in all-time drafts, and I will address them. MISSED PICKS: If someone misses a pick, they will be able to select as soon as they come on the board. If someone has 2 or more picks missed and is OTC again, they will only have 2 hours to select (the "Stop Holding Up the Damn Draft" law) CAN'T BE HERE FOR A PICK? Either send me a draft board or someone else that you know will be on. There's no guarantees that I'll be online at the time, so I'd suggest trying to find someone that's going to be, whether it's me or not. TRADING DURING OR AFTER DRAFT: Nope. Once you draft a player, you're stuck with him. Live with it. I will also try and crack down on people swapping picks after them and there will be very few exceptions. So, think twice before you press that reply button. SELECTING BACKUPS:You MUST fill your 24-man starting lineup before selecting any backup players (if we're even doing them). No taking Peyton Manning, and then saying "Favre is good value in Round 19, so I'll take him away from someone." Maybe I'll allow it, but if I do then prepare to play one of the two at WR or S.

Not really, you pick 4th in the second round. I will allow Murrell to pick now, and so on and so forth, but we will not count the 6 hour clock until 8 AM on Monday when the draft officially starts. Murrell OTC until 2 PM Monday February 5th.
Can we start the draft now without a clock. So if Murrell picks the person after him can pick too. If someone doesn't show up we can just wait until monday and count the time in between picks. I still don't like the end of the round but I'll find a good pick. Good luck everyone
Yeah, I didn't see the first one. I was just refreshing and it took me to the bottom of the page so I saw them in reverse order. I have pretty much the same pick either way haha.
Yea, that's what I just said. I'm going to start a picks thread and a roster thread. This one will be ONLY for discussion, the picks will be ONLY for picks, and the rosters will be ONLY for rosters.
One more thing I remembered! We will not pick 2 OT's, but instead we will select a LT and a RT. Don't take a lifetime RT and put him at your LT position, as that will be taken into account when looking at each team. Same with DE's and S's.
I don't know if you want to do this or not but you might want to extend the time to pick on weekends if we get that far. Also make it more like 4 hours for people that have to attend school/work. Four hours will give people much more flexibility. There's my two cents.
