trump and vance both spoke this weekend about this war being over in 1-2 years. They used to speak of 1-2 weeks.
For sure. I just cannot believe they started another war over there. trump turned into George W. Bush, unbelievable
don't they have to get approval from Congress for this war now? Also, shouldn't the president address the nation if he's talking about sending their people into a multi-year war now? I compared the decision to George W. but I remember W. at least had the balls to do both those things.
They don't seem to care about getting approval from Congress and Congress doesn't seem all that disappointed in that, but if they want to keep fighting the war they will need to ask for more money.
I'mma tell you what. EVERY individual, identifying as Republican, in 2025/2026 better get their affairs in order because, as far as I'm concerned, they are ALL traitors and should be prosecuted as such. To capitulate to that degree and still take a fucking paycheck is the epitome of hypocrisy. In fact, in my opinion, if you have to sell EVERYTHING they own, including right out from under existing family, to recoup the $$ they've been paid and stolen, then you do it, yesterday.
Three things that have nothing to do with Iran but everything to do with their posturing and bloviating: 1. If you shut the government down, you don't get paid just like everybody else who's suffering without a paycheck, especially since you are causing that suffering. Fck these people, and I don't care which side is responsible, it's immaterial. 2. You are paid to balance the budget. If you don't balance the budget in two years, you are FIRED. SEE YUHHH! Next up at bat. 3. Everyone in Congress should be precluded from playing the stock market. As to number three, that is the number one reason why the health care system will never get fixed. Please be advised that everyone who screams about it is 100% full of shit. Take it from someone who knows how the machine works. It literally needs to be burned to the ground, but the health insurance lobby along with the Big Pharma lobby, who are in bed together and have tremendous sway, just guess how many members of Congress own all the big guns in the health insurance industry and Big Pharma? All of them. And that is the absolute truth and crux of the matter.
Another shocking statement from over the weekend related to true crime was JD Vance, formerly James Bowman, I think he's on his 3rd or 4th name, saying (direct quote) "We do not prosecute fraud in this country if it’s under $1.5 million dollars per year,” Vice President Vance reveals US doesn’t prosecute fraud under $1.5 million true or not, why in the fuck would you EVER say that as the sitting Vice President? I about fell out of my chair, talk about empowering criminals. He says something like that and then they sell off pardons to anyone else who can pay for it. Welcome to America where the laws don't matter
This is not new, believe me, but it's the first time that anyone has actually said it out loud. I can't tell you how many times I reported insurance fraud, for instance, during COVID. I knew EXACTLY how Providers were doing it. I was reporting them up the ass to anyone who would listen, I would call billing offices and tell them that I knew exactly how they were doing it, and if I tell you that nobody gave a shit, including the NYS Dept of Health, it's an understatement. I got an entire billing agency that billed out for 32 doctors at my local hospital terminated, but it took me TWO FULL YEARS of persistence and diligence to get it done. Everything that I have just told you is a drop in the bucket and a microcosm of what goes on. NOBODY CARES. Unfortunately, the main thing that's going to occur in Minnesota is a lot of bravado that won't add up to much of anything because it's rotten all the way up at the top. With such large scale fraud, especially Medicaid, it's going to be vehemently defended that Somali-Americans, especially the illegal ones who are not Americans, are being racially targeted, so be prepared. Ilhan Omar is a complicit, facilitating crook from here to eternity and I fully expect absolutely nothing to happen to her. By the way, that shell winery of her husband's, when alcohol is against islamic law, is a front. There is no winery. My guess is that it's for money laundering or a way to hide her actual wealth. Again, expect nothing to happen to this woman. Not in this country, anyway. Tim Walz and Jacob Frey's heads may roll along with my eyeballs, but don't hold your breath.
It is an oddly specific number from a very important person on the subject. If you were making a point about how we don't do enough about fraud in this country you would just say that and stop. Or you'd say something like the government "seems to miss anything below bigger fraud.. in the millions". But for the sitting Vice President, especially one tied financially to white collar criminals to specifically say that number was really shocking to me. It's like they know they are doing whatever the fuck they want now and are getting too brazen, beyond my earlier point about unintentionally empowering criminals
How about the money laundered for the “board of peace”, or the money taken from Venezuela. Yeah, this administration having anything to say about Illhan omar….
Like Central Hudson, who, incidentally, I am going to take down single-handedly or die trying. It's going to take months, but I'll get back to you on it. Too much for here because it will be giant blocks of shit plural, but I'm a strong proponent of the power of the pen. You wouldn't believe the things that I've won. It's very gratifying. Advice for everyone who is a victim of fraud themselves: the Better Business Bureau is a joke. Don't go near it, don't waste your time. Half the time complaints are never even updated, so the business may have a good rating and be ripping people off left and right. The BBB has absolutely no legal authority and of course crooks know this. FTC all the way baby. FEDERAL. TRADE. COMMISSION. I demolished a car dealership. They defrauded me every which way but loose (false odometer reading, a scratch they caused and said I did it, a charge for a VIN # etch on all 6 windows that I did not consent to - nor did they do - and there's more). Yeah, well, they picked on the wrong dumb girl. I even got them to take the car back at massive depreciation, and it's manual transmission, so good luck with that. I informed THEM what the law was, and I told them to the letter exactly how I was going to unleash the hounds and why, and that I could prove it. Good luck scrambling to the paper shredder with false odometer statements before you get raided, but I pretended it was all good. I opted to keep the car after they made a bunch of concessions and coughed up $3K to restore the car to mint condition, including extending the original warranty for another two full years. I didn't raise my voice once. I unleashed the hounds, anyway, hahahaha. And that was a giant block of shit after all. Don't hold your breath. Edit: A word.
