NFL looking at playing on Thanksgiving Eve as early as this season

    Lol Thanksgiving Eve. Just call it Wednesday. That'll be their precedent for Wednesday games anyway.

    It’s actually a no brainer. That night is a gambling wasteland with maybe two early season hockey games at best. Regular season CFB doesn’t play and I don’t believe the NBA normally schedules games.

    Plus most people in the country are drunk. Fanduel is going to make a fortune.

    I actually like the idea of this game more than the thanksgiving night game... granted players will hate it and game will probably suck

    The night before Thanksgiving is one of the best bar nights of the year. As far as football goes, I have no problem if both teams are coming off the bye.

    Exactly. That entire week is baren. A lot of people are off and having a merry time. That week there is a Monday night game already. Add a Tuesday and Wednesday night game as well and make it a full week of football. :)
