There are times I think my WiFi is nonexistent when I click on the link, then I click another website and it’s no issues. Sometimes it takes forever to get on site. It’s not just you.
Have had the same… was able to get on a couple of times, but for the most part wasn’t able to load site
I thought maybe the Jets traded for the best QB of all time and it crashed the site. Oh well, one can dream of another way for them to fuck it all up.
I just reached out to Petrozza and a couple other admins to see if I can help. I'm an IT guy so I have some skills. Personally, it "felt" like a DDoS attack causing the DNS "theganggreen.com" to be unreachable.
There’s only like 10 of us here during the offseason, I feel a kinship. Plus I’m a dork that works all the time so pretty much everyone on this site are my only friends hahaha.
Actually I think it's the opposite, we have more posters on here during the off-season sometimes. There's like 10-15 usernames that totally disappear during the regular season and then start posting again when there's one or two games left before the playoffs.
It was an interesting "experience" to be sure. Kind of eye opening how often I come here to "check in" on you people! lol
There was a thread on the Jets Reddit asking about this and reminiscing about the early/mid 2000's. Glad this place is still alive.

I was just a lost little lamb, not knowing where to go. My kids told me about a massive server outage, but I was as still worried about Petro. If this site were to shut down, where would I go? Where else can I get my daily fix of Jets (dis)information and see quality posts like so!
I actually didn't even notice. I'm on a deadline and I've been keeping some weird, inverted hours. Must've been hitting it just right. Holy Hell, THE GREEN DUDE! Nice to see you! Are you 42 now or something?! Time flies when you're having fun, but especially when you're not (Jets fan)!
No kidding? Didn't realize this was tied to the AWS outage. Makes sense... I was, literally, already worrying where I was going to get my Jets fix!
