Just saw a brutal stat for Bills fans - only 4 teams have won a playoff game in 6 consecutive seasons: - Cowboys - '91-'96 - won 3 superbowls - Patriots - '11-'18 - won 3 superbowls - Chiefs - '18-'24 - won 3 superbowls - Bills - '20-'25 - 0 superbowls
Shows how incredibly difficult sustained success is. Even something that appears easy - win a playoff game - is really really hard to do every year. Hoodie/TB and the Chiefs did it in an era of salary cap and free agency, which makes it doubly impressive.
Not sure what Brandon Beane has over Terry Pegula but what the fuck was this? https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profo...-keon-coleman-brandon-beane-was-a-team-player Love seeing the turmoil out in that dumpy city.
The Jets and Jets fandom have nothing to do with this. This thread is in the NFL forum about the Bills.
The whole thing was very on-brand for Terry Pegula. He owns the Bills but the Buffalo Sabres are his first team. And talk about dysfunction/turmoil. They are always firing coaches and Pegula getting swindled by an exec who tells him they are good enough to win if they fire this coach, that guy, etc. And he always thinks the roster is better than it is, kinda starstuck like Woody Johnson often is. fact of the matter is they were lucky to get as far as they got, freaking bums out there at key positions. And player acquisition is the general manager's job
You didn’t watch the press conference lol. You sure do talk a lot about subjects you know very little.
I watched some, why would I watch the whole thing though? I'm not a bills fan, I dont give a fuck. I'm not wrong about Pegula. Tho I think he probably sells the Bills off very soon now that the state bought him that stadium. hes gonna cash in on the equity that built
From that presser the Bills front office looks like a dumpster fire. And Terry Pegula can’t help himself, they’ll only a downgrade to take that HC position now.
My daughter's boyfriend is a huge Bills fan(they live together in Kenmore) and he absolutely hated the firing of McDermott. He also said the owner and GM looked like idiots at the pc.
I thought the pc was great and the media is out for blood spinning everything as negatively as possible so they can continue the drama. It actually is nauseating what they're doing.
I actually watched the entire pc and I thought the questions by the beat writers were excellent. Pegula couldn't even answer one of the questions. I'll paraphrase: is not making to the SB indicative on the coaching or the roster that was put in place?
What questions couldnt he answer? He answered all of them, and is in fact being bullied for saying too much.
