Huge loss today, huge. #4 now. There is real danger though that the Raiders and the Browns finish 1 and 2. In this case even if we get to #3, it may not be good enough as I think they both want the QB.

Too much of this is still in Raiders and Browns control for that matter. Our only hope is for the giants to lose to raiders next week. we might as well start thinking about the backup options at QB. Maybe Ty Simpson with pick 2?
This is the wrong time to draft a QB. The supporting talent just isn't there yet. Drafting another QB in '26 will only mean the end of another kid's promising QB career. This team has a huge TALENT GAP and not enough experience on the CS to compete yet. Fact is, they may NEVER have enough so no, no QB in '26. Draft BPA and/or all the Talent you can on both sides of the ball in particular the defense.
Glenns only hope is to draft a QB to sell the rebuild. If they don't draft one this year, he has nothing to make it to next because the Jets will suck next year.
Dude, they're gonna suck next year regardless. This team's talent gap is way too wide to be competitive in '26. On top of that, who is gonna groom this new kid QB? Nobody that's who. Glenn will be under pressure to draft a QB this year and unless the Jets rise higher than 3, there won't be a QB worth drafting that high available if Moore goes back to school.
Moore has elite arm strength. See how he does vs one of the best defenses in the country in Texas Tech next weekend. Mendoza makes quick reads and gets the ball out. Lower ceiling than Moore but higher floor in my opinion.

Disagree. Get a vet that can hold the fort for a year, release Fields and TT and build around both sides of the ball.
Glenn just needs to be fire. Either way the Jets wont get many wins next seasons. The setup is perfect for a new head coach to manage over the next two years vs a head coach on the hot seat with this setup.

Without a miracle, there's no way Glenn gets 3 yrs. Woody is still PR conscious so as the pressure mounts and the conversation about the Jets turns darker, he's gonna start paying attention and embarrassment might be the catalyst for a firing. Here's a question.. Do any of you think Woody being essentially dumped by both Parcells and Belichek has anything to do with his phobia about hiring successful prior HC's?
With Glenn being aware that he might not get a year #3 it should concern everyone because he might be willing to do more radical moves to survive. The Jets are setup here well if the coach was not on the hot seat. Its just more reason he shouldn't be allowed to return when this season ends.
