Has he tripped in to a receiver and made incidental contact yet?

This trade is setting up to be a nightmare for the Colts. The below are all of the free agents they have heading into the offseason.

They have between $47-$57 million in cap space and don’t look now but Daniel Jones is hurt again with a fracture in his fibula although he’s playing.

He’ll command $30 million by himself so they’re going to be losing several starters next year.

    Free agents
    Braden Smith (starting RT)
    Daniel Jones (starting QB)
    Alec Pierce (starting WR)
    Kwity Paye (starting DE)
    Nick Cross (starting SS)
    Neville Gallimore (starting/rotational DT)
    Germaine Pratt (starting LB)

They play the Jaguars twice still but as of today they lost control of the division and are only a wild card right now.

I think that new pretty little owner they have has gotten a little too smitten with her team and I'm glad Mougey took advantage.

They weren't a Sauce Gardner away from winning it all. Everyone could tell they were about to regress back to the middle. Daniel Jones doesn't become John Elway overnight and while Johnathan Taylor is a hell of a running back, he wasn't about to go for 2,500 yards, the pace that he was on at the time of the trade.

so Mougey listens to an offer for Gardner and senses the pressure that front office is feeling from her and went big. Love it

Best case scenario is they miss the playoffs (Jags 2x, 49ers, at HOU, at SEA). They realistically could go 1-4 and finish 9-8.

Houston is winning that division. Elite defense.

Bummer for Sauce but I think the Colts ride or die with Daniel Jones no matter what. As we know all too well, a lockdown CB doesn't mean shit if your QB is terrible
