the weird thing is that women are more like Megyn Kelly than youd think. I served on a grand jury once of some teacher who was diddling a 14 year old girl. The male jurors and I wanted to hang the guy. The women jurors were the ones holding up justice and making excuses for the guy. With similar comments to what Megyn Kelly is saying about Epstein. We got enough to indict but it was close

The word "pedophile" is properly used to describe those attracted to prepubescents, not those who have gone through puberty. It is a biological distinction, not a legal one. I don't know why apparently educated adults cannot understand that a label that does not appear as a descriptor in any law has something to do with unlawful behavior. There's a reason that the pertinent laws are written with precision, in this case specific ages, rather than ambiguous and largely misunderstood terms used by the general public. Again, an adult sexually attracted to a fifteen year old is not, by definition, a pedophile. That in no way makes it legal for him to actually take action responding to that attraction which is called "ephebophilia". I guess if the geniuses on the CNN panel, who get paid for their wordsmithing, cannot understand it we should not expect anyone here to. For the record: I am not now, nor have I ever been a fan of, or apologist for. Megyn Kelly. Or, for that matter, hysterical podcasters, influencers or media "experts" of any stripe.
