That expression on Aaron Glenn’s face is priceless He has to put all his faith in Justin Fields that retread hot garbage of a QB The Jets will have the most field goals in the NFL this season but be the bottom in touchdowns
This all day long. I simply do not understand it. This guy has NO consistency. It's like he fully "disappears" for entire stretches in a game. Very odd. Rookie growing pains or it's not a "bug" but his "feature?"
Its a good thing we didn't trade away any of our good offensive players or we'd be having a lot harder time overcoming the Browns defense.
The 'funny' thing is that at the start of the '24 season lots of talking heads had the Jets roster as top 5 - things change quickly (though with this team it is usually just in one direction)
I wasn't just thinking the same thing, I was talking to my wife about it. The real problem is NO CONSISTENCY! This team, like the Browns, have Z-E-R-O consistency in anything they do from coaching on down. It would be one thing if they were consistently bad or good. I guess my biggest problem is the lack of consistency in the SAME game. Usually you see the same consistency in a single game and from game to game you get the ups and downs. But this...this is maddening. To be so inconsistent in the same game is unusual.
That's because they overrated our players just because we were stupid enough to give them huge contracts. And they don't understand anything about evaluating quarterbacks.
The Jet offense, and their coordinator, are pathetic.. The entire left side of the Jet OLine got beat by ONE man..
Fields pocket presence is just so bad. I know he just got sacked and hit on back to back plays but all things considered the line has held up decently. The Browns front 7 is unbelievable.
If Fields gets hurt today (at least a 25% likelihood), I want to see Kyle McCord for the rest of the season.
