I still don’t understand why we’re fucking around with snap counts like we’re playing @ Seattle in a playoff game. There’s no crowd noise. We can use a verbal snap count.
I watch a lot of old games and highlight shows from the 60s and 70s on YouTube. When you watch, you see guys like Staubach, Bradshaw, Craig Morton, earl Morral, Fran Tarkington, John Brodie and others get benched when they weren’t moving the team. There apparently was little concern about their “confidence being hurt”. Are these guys today such pussies that they can’t survive a benching?
There's absolutely no sense of urgency here whatsoever. Even the announcers are calling them out on it.
