Well ... it doesn't help that we apparently have the worst coaching staff in the league (for likely the next four years) ... but Rodgers, Adams, and Rex at coach and this is a playoff caliber team.

You're not wrong. At this point, only players I wouldn't trade are the young OL but that's mostly because I am so sick of the Jets have to draft O-Linemen.
He's going to turn this thing around, it won't be easy or quick. But there will be a statue of Aaron Glennn at Met Life years from now. Yeah, I don't buy that either.
He certainly takes his time getting to his check down. Not giving the receiver any chance of making move for extra yards. Slower than before. Don’t think his head’s right after the concussion.
