The Jets have talent hence why they were in a lot of games last few years but they couldnt figure out how to win the game and that trend continued at least today.

I hate that Jet fans are once again spewing well atleast this atleast that, close game if this didn't happen if that didn't happen we win this. Fact of the matter is Aaron Glenn was brought in here to be a change from Saleh, bring a winning mentality to the Jets and to be a winner. And so far first game he showed he is over his head, he is the same as Saleh, and the Jets did a total choke job same as previous regimes. He better get this pathetic defense fixed for game 2 cause Allen will carve them up. Imagine what Rodgers did today but with a mobile quarterback.

They were more physical than last season in certain spots. The skill players still were pretty soft. Braelon Allen should not be getting stopped in short yardage

    Yep over the loser mentality.

If Glenn is different then they come back next week and beat the Bills.

The thing is, if you look at the game overall, we outplayed them on pretty much in every category. Yards, time of possession, you name it. We did give up triple the yards in penalties, and most of them were back breaking unnecessary ones. Gipson lost a fumble, but even that one, everyone preferred Pritchett over Gipson, and AG was wrong on that one. Also the decision to go for 2 after we were bailed out by the Steeler penalty, ultimately resulted in two points lost, which was difference in the game. I also thought defensive game plan was pretty bad: we should have used more man against a statue like Rodgers, and AG is a defensive coach.

Yes, it is week one, so there more to come but we should be 1:0 right now, and AG is the primary reason why we are 0:1.

If that’s the case every coach should be scrutinized for losing any game ever. It doesn’t work like this.

they went for 2 because of the penalty. its almost 60%. cant get on them too hard for that. i wouldnt do it but i understand why they did.
use of timeouts was not great.
cant have guys running free like that so often.
thought that a number of calls didnt go the jets way either. including on a 3rd or 4th and short and first receiver blocked the db and then the ball was caught in front of the los. but it happens all the time that the jets dont get the calls.

You're wasting your time man. He's the chairman and CEO of the Aaron Rodgers Fan Club.

I suspect we will have some of those too. At home, like today, we have seen many games like this

how about when Rodgers’ toenail was outside the pocket so they picked up the intentional grounding call. Fields would not have gotten that one.

Rodgers hasn’t left the pocket in 5 seasons but somehow he gets that call.. “outside the pocket” my ass

Allen should not be stopped on 4th and 1
Gibson should not be on this team
Ruckert is absolutely horrible, can't block and can't catch
Soft zone almost always gets torn apart

    Hall ran hard today
Fields looked good, you can tell the kid worked hard last year and so far this year
    Ol McDonald continues to improve
O line looked good at times

Overall there is a foundation being built, just need to make tweaks

The defense was not good, but they were good enough. They didnt fumble the ball on the kickoff which to me is what lost us the game.

He replied to a post where I mentioned Glenn and you are mentioning Rodgers after threatening to ban me for talking about Rodgers.

Good try but not falling for your bait.

Aaron Rodgers asked specifically about how to feels to beat Aaron Glen: “I’m just happy to beat everybody associated with the jets.”

    love you too asshole

I think the overall point is that you’re not worth trying to have a logical convo with. Which I can totally agree on. Absolutely bat shit crazy to say “if Glenn is a good coach we’ll beat a team many think will win the Super Bowl”.

i agree with most your post but you gotta hand it to Ruckert, he had some tough catches today. Fields really lead him straight into traffic and he was strong catching them with contact

Thing is, I don't have to "bait" you.. You can't help yourself.. All I have to do is wait. Be advised, patience is my long suit.
