The sooner Glenn is gone the sooner the Jets will be to getting a Super Bowl.

 

Not surprised with Fields back there. It’s going to be high percentage stuff

 

This is my issue with this type of offense:

If you get a stop or get into 3rd and long, this team will have a hard time converting a first down…I like how well we looked running the ball but this was my exact fear…it’s hard to do these drives time after time play after play and convert TDs…I think we will look a lot like this … run well, move the ball, but settle for more FGs than TDs

And that pass play to GW is exactly why I think Fields sucks. He is way too inaccurate…and while this was a completion because GW had to twist and reach for a ball behind him, it won’t show as inaccurate in the completion rate but it was way behind him. If that ball is placed correctly in front of GW, GW had room to turn the corner and get upfield. A real QB gets a longer play on that completion. Fields had to be saved by a nice catch by GW.

Only one drive and I hope we can win this game, but these two issues are exactly what I’ve been complaining about all off season.

 

Nick Folk and whoever the punter is are going to be running neck and neck for team MVP this year.
