Michael Kay talking about how the yanks are losing, only scoring 1 run, because the pitcher is juiced to face the Yankees as the Twins have nothing else to play for is just the perfect microcosm is what is wrong with the entire franchise.

Anytime the Yankees can't score, which is a lot, it's because the other pitcher is pitching so great. They aren't real with themselves.

I feel like Rodon changes his shirt 3 times a day when he's just hanging around the house. Dude is always drenched in sweat.

They look like they are enjoying baseball again and executing well. Hopefully those few months are behind the team.

12 runs on 9 homers. Not bad.

Anthony Volpe is going to have to murder someone on national television before he can be removed from the lineup.

    Groundhog day at yankee stadium.

In my 40 years of life, I've never totally given up on the Yankees. I'm damn close. They just aren't a serious organization. Caballero hits two home runs and steals some bases, but is benched to play volpe who's one of the worst players in baseball. It's been a few years now where there's clear agendas on who's playing that aren't related to winning.

Yeah, I’ve pretty much written this off. Playoffs won’t have the cakewalks, and I can’t stand Boone.

As punishment for his throw to 2nd instead of 1st, Volpe was penalized as being the only infielder to start today's game that started last night.

Billy Martin would be in custody for homicide if he were managing this team. No leadership at all anywhere.

HFS, I didn't realize the Yanks picked up Blackburn. Good god, he sucks.

Good thing we put the league leader in errors in for defensive purposes.

I’m not defending Volpe as much as it sounds because he’s regressed into completely sucking but the infielders get absolutely zero help on the defensive side from whomever is at first base.

I can’t remember the last time this year I saw a Yankees first basemen pick a ball in the dirt on a short hop.

Stanton's batting stance is different, he's much more compact than previous seasons.

That was always my biggest issue with him. He got hit in the face and changed his stance within a couple years of joining the yanks.

And amazingly the Yanks are only 2.5 games back of the Jays.

The last thing you want is a 3/6 series against the Astros. Even a weakened Astros team like this one will haunt the Yanks.

I checked the app quick before I fell asleep and said wow I wouldn’t put Williams in at this point.

Also Boone is a certified pussy/moron/asshole(?) for not giving Warren a longer leash last night. 67 pitches, 5 hits allowed, 2 ER and no walks.
