This is what I saw today at the Packers game. Forget individual player performances. Key is the intensity the players play with and how the coaches keep them accountable. I have hope.
I’ve also noticed this is the most prepared we’ve looked since prime Rex Ryan. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No panic Glenn interview going in at halftime. The defensive penalties will be addressed. I believe him.
I'm fully behind, Glenn. I seen a major difference, just in coaching alone, in this one game. It wasn't even close. The things I was seeing on special teams even.. The way it looked on the Packers side of the field, was like a mirror back into the Saleh era. Undisciplined, sloppy, crappy football. Glenn isn't about any of those things.
This team looked ready to play from the top to the very bottom of the roster. Impressive that so many receivers made catches. It may indicate that both coaches and QBs are willing to get everyone involved. Loved seeing a pass rush from the middle of the D without QW in. Hopefully these trends hold up.
Can anyone read lips? I couldn’t make it out the 10 times I watched it last night. Still can’t make it out this morning. Absolutely love to see it.
The era of the rounded tough nose football coach seems to be coming back. The somewhat nerdy offensive mind was the flavor of the past decade for head coaches but Campbell, Demeco Ryans and hopefully Glenn may bring back the old school football guy style.
I fucking love watching the Mike McDaniel experiment go up in smoke. Guy was insufferable from day 1.
It was literally night and day in preparation and effort alone. Accountability ruled. Stupid penalties get you out of the game.
Oh that wasn’t even the right clip. Right after that ends Glenn turns around and says “fuck” then yells at someone off screen. I love both clips.
Clemons had better get a grip on his temper or he's a goner. Glenn I'm sure has a list of guys who just don't get it about penalties and playing stupid football. Loved watching Glenn get in their asses over those unnecessary roughness penalties. Very refreshing. I think this team has the potential to be relevant in '25.
I liked his weird pot head schtick actually (regardless of the fact that he’s the Dolphins HC). But I can’t envy it when he doesn’t succeed. He seems like a decent HC ala Marvin Lewis that’ll never succeed in the playoffs.
