Preseason kicks of this Thursday with HoF Game between Chargers and Lions. Jets football is back on August 9th Saturday at 8:00 PM. Game will be shown on NFL Network. Off we go. Due to Glenn, I am curious to see the intensity of the players. My one prayer will be about no injuries. Hope it is a clean game with no major injuries.
If Glenn is smart, he better play the first team offense for at least a few sequences. Offense is a lot harder to get everyone on the same page. We saw last season, they played the first team only in the last preseason game. The result was a slow start for the offense and the team.

Cman called it! I knew Glenn was gonna play the starters.. Finally some practical experience BEFORE the season.
On a 15" laptop the entire paste job is about 1 inch by .25 inch. I can see it's there but can't see what it is.

Yep. You called it. I really am starting to love Glenn. If he keeps this up and players buy into it, we will start getting better sooner than later. Leadership makes all the difference
Green Bay will play their starters for a few reps. I think Glen will adjust and rotate players in and out, so they all get bumped a little bit. Don't think he will leave the starters in for the whole game.
Just look competent. That’s all I ask. I don’t foresee us getting any type of pressure considering Q is out and JJ is still recovering. But safeties not getting completely lost and a quarterback not missing everyone late and high would be a win from the starters tonight.
Play the starters for 2 or 3 possessions this game. Play them a half plus 1 possession in the next game and, just play all the “bubble” and special teamers in the final game to separate the wheat from the chaff so we can finally get the F’n regular season started.
On a side note, if you don’t have the NFL network or regular TV, is there any way to be able to watch the game? Please be aware that I’m an OLD non-tech savvy person. Thanks!
Game starts in an hour. Packers will have their starters for a series or two. At least 1st half should be enjoyable.
