Yeah but he’s close to the receiver cliff and I doubt he wants to try to get one more big payday catching balls from Fields.
I hear you. But it would be good to put somebody across G.Wilson to open up the defense so they don't stack the line against our run game.
I don't see the Commanders letting a great receiver go when they want their young quarterback to build on his excellent rookie year. Letting him go to make room for a pass-rusher would really be questionable, and why would the Steelers let Watt leave? I think both players will end up staying on their respective teams.
We could have Jerry Rice in his prime opposite Garrett and with Fields under center, Defenses will still stack the line. Unfortunately.
That article is silly, 0% chance that happens. Why would the Steelers do that when they have Pickens and Metcalf? They would have the best WRs in the league with a shit QB.
It looks like a decent trade value for him. Dallas will receive Pickens and a 2027 sixth-round pick, while Pittsburgh will get a 2026 third-round selection and a 2027 fifth-rounder. Though reading between the lines, he has questionable character
Sporting news and a whole host of other sites have ben posting articles for quite some time of hypothetical trades with headlines that make it look like it’s more than the just thr author vomiting clickbait thoughts.
I don’t understand this whole trade our #2-3 wide reciever Lazard and while also asking for an upgrade at the position. Yes I agree a superstar would be nice but we have a ton of young talent to wrap in the coming years, and have to remain cap flexible. Lazard is very cheap now after renegotiating his deal and is obviously a big body player who has a role. Why would we gut the roster of depth when we don’t even have a top end starter? He’ll receive a late round pick if anything and we already have 3 6 rounders next year. Not worth it.
