Chiefs against the Eagles I dislike both teams. No winner for me. If Eagles win, Giants fans will be miserable. If Chiefs win, Mahomes-Reid combo will accomplish a 3 peat eclipsing Brady-Belichick combo and Pats fans will be miserable. So we can't lose. I will just watch it for the commercials and not care about the winner. Hope there are good commercials this year. : Who do you WANT to win and who do you think will win. Chiefs because if they 3-peat then they finish the greatest accomplishment in NFL history and hopefully they lose motivation to rampage through the league. If they lose it will just set another fire under them even more.
This is almost like Giants vs Cheats for me. I was not rooting for the Giants to win (twice), more like rooting for the Cheats to lose. Similar feeling here. Refs will decide the game no matter what. I don't have a rooting interest other than I would like to see the AFC win. I feel the Eagles will win if they stick to what they can do. Run the ball, run it with Barkley. If they can't run the ball or choose not to run the ball the Chiefs will threepeat. Hurts will not fare any better than Brady back in 2007 or Stroud or Allen in these playoffs against Spags' defense. They have to run the ball.` If the Chiefs do threepeat it'll be a astounding feat not just that they do it but how they would do it. Really a one loss season wow. It's a shame the Chiefs laid down in the final week of the season 38-0 and that Barkley didn't care about owning the best rushing season ever by any RB.
btw, Becton running his fat mouth annoys me a little. we picked this dude. OVER WIRFS we paid this dude Offensive tackle Mekhi Becton officially signed his rookie contract Monday evening, guaranteeing him $18.45 million, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. and he couldnt pass block as a tackle and was injured /out for 2 years while getting paid and rehabbed. we failed to make the move to G, thats on us. but, they paid him less than 3 mill this year. and hes running his mouth about how he didnt get the support he needed? fuck that (FWIW, until 10 minutes ago, for the entire year my POV, was "good for him that he's doing well")
I'm more upset about Darnold over Allen to be fair at the time I wasn't. The noise was all about Darnold back then. Suck for Sam. I don't remember many people hyping up Mahomes back then either I do remember one person. I remember the hype back then was for the golden QB class the following year which included and seemed like it was headlined by Darnold.
