    How? Herbert pissed away a 27-7 halftime lead against the Jaguars a couple years ago in the playoffs albeit without interceptions. This was by far his most efficient season and he did it with a junior varsity group of skill players.

    I think Herbert is a little different than Alex Smith lol. Alex Smith was a historic bust who he dragged to a 13-3 record and NFC championship game in his first season.

    Take a top level qb, hire Roman,try to be a power running team that relies on the defense , and make him a Harbaugh game manager clone.
