I don't even know what's happening. Where am I? What day is it? I'm too thick to have absorbed that at first read. Cman's comment? Still funny.
A guy from my work (actually, one of my bosses) texted me today and said the Jets were going to play in London this year, do you fancy coming with me and my friends, he always seems to get tickets, he goes to all the European games, so I have absolutely no doubts at all I will jonah him this time
Actually, his and your earlier posts had me thinking (!) and looking up how this affects season ticket pricing - freaking AI answers every question except those that are asked; its accuracy is undetermined here but I don't trust it. Many answers regarding season tickets refer to "Campaign Passes" which sounds like a soccer term for the same even if "NFL" is in the search. Back in the day of a 14 game season the price on the individual ticket was simply multiplied by 7 home games to determine the cost for the season - no preseason games, no parking, etc.. Now, assuming it is not a season with a price rise, do you pay more for a nine home game season than an eight home game season? Can you even see a printed ticket with a price on it? Is the price the same for every opponent? Is there a reduction in the season price when a home game is played 3500 miles away? Are these guys slick enough to institute price rises on those years the home schedule goes from eight to nine or don't they care enough and blast you whenever they feel like and let you pay more to get less?
I asked the 506.com Discord who the Jets' likely opponent in London would be and they were unanimous in saying it would be Denver. (They based this on "who would the networks protect"--that was Dallas and who was recently in London/who will likely be going to London in 2026.) (The 506.com is a sports TV page--you've likely seen their TV coverage maps.)
So...do they flip a coin for unis? How can two teams be designated as "home" teams? Considering Saleh's fate was sealed in jolly ol' England, having lightning strike twice in the same spot wouldn't be a shock.
They can only be both identified as home teams if it is not a game in which they play each other. Two different games, two different opponents. They will both be home teams on different dates and will not play each other in England.
I’m with you mate. This team has been so disappointing. Don’t think the Mrs. Will want to attend. She really hates the Jets. She would never let me go alone…
