that’s crazy. I was thinking maybe it could be big retailers like Amazon & Wal Mart? They would have the money for all these drones and it is busiest time of year for their moving things around
I don't know, 15 years ago a friend of mine was a hobbyist remote-flying 1/3 scale gas-engine stunt planes that weren't too far from car-sized. I can see it.
This is the 21 st century. We have all the knowledge technology and Star Trek smarts from Elon Musk to Silicon Valley at our disposal vs a bunch of wise ass hobbyists I say first identify whether this is an aircraft helicopter or law enforcement…and if not lock in the lasers Scotty Actually …before lock and load can’t somebody trace where they come from and go to??? SMH
I have to assume it government related. You would think no Country is just gonna have unidentified flying object just chilling in their airspace like this. The scary thing it seems like they rather people be panic about drones then whatever the heck is going on.
Good point. We always see ships when we go offshore. Most are big assed container ships or trawlers but we certainly would notice something as big as a mothership with things landing and taking off from it. It's a long way from Hudson Canyon to the Jersey coast so if there's something large and flying, it would be easily detected.
They take that shit seriously. We're all here waiting to see if these drones zap us. I like it though. Hopefully the aliens will bring us better drugs and hotter chicks
Idk what it is, but the governments response to people's questions about it is why nobody trusts the government.
I can’t wait till people start realizing they’ve been looking at airplanes and helicopters all this time. It’s hilarious. Some dude probably flew his hobby drone one night and it triggered into rhis national frenzy with everyone insisting the planes they see are not planes.
This is what I mean. There is NOTHING that is remotely consistent out there: https://abcnews.go.com/US/fact-chec...red-drone-theories-missing/story?id=116884712
It is not airplanes and helicopters dude. They are stationary for quite a long time and 10-15 in all different directions of the skies on certain nights. I watched one last night flying back and forth over my place without turning.
There’s lots of planes in the sky flying in all different directions. when they’re flying straight at you they look like they’re hovering. Drones are searching for nukes hahaha, yet they can only search at night and thankfully they’re kind enough to put their nav lights on. Or wait, should be thanking Iranians for the courtesy? Calm down people, congrats on finally noticing the things that have been flying over your heads for decades.
Nah you’re just being obnoxious. I’ve lived near Solberg-Hunterdon airport for almost 8 years and used to have to work vendor events at the NJ Balloon Festival before I moved down here. There have always been tons of small private airplanes flying around this area. It drives my dogs absolutely nuts because they fly low and they’re loud. This is much different than that, but ok.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/opinion-avoid-repeat-jerseys-great-110944077.html Combination of factors it seems, but almost every piece of info out there is wildly conflicting.
Nah I’m really not. Funny you mention Solberg, I live right next to it. Even I got caught up in the frenzy, until I wised up and realized I’m looking at planes. I just spent the weekend in Asbury Park listening to everyone on the boardwalk freaking out about lights in the sky over the water. Every single one of them was a plane. People screaming “they’re all lined up in a row, it’s drones!!!!!” They’re literally planes lined up to land at JFK. I know tons of photographers with high end cameras and video equipment all trying to get that money shot of a drone since not one actually exists. You know what they tell me? Everytime they zoom in they realize it’s a plane. My neighbor alerts going berzerk over a loud drone circling branchburg… it’s literally a fucking helicopter. Not one photo, silly excuses that they turn off their lights when approached so we don’t know where they’re going or coming from (are people really oblivious to the technology we have??), they’re searching for nukes but for some realson they can only do that at night??? Come one people, snap out of it.
Yeah there’s 15 helicopters in the air every night for three weeks within a 20 mile radius of each other. And they’re just all using their propulsion systems to stay in one place.
