My life in New Jersey is coming to an end. I will be relocating to Indianapolis in January for work and my new apartment is in downtown Indy. So my Metlife presence comes to an end and I will say Hello to Lucas Oil Stadium except I won't be going to Colts games even though my new apartment is only 0.7 miles to Lucas Oil Stadium. . Too bad I will still be a Jets fan and never root for the Colts but Colts will be my neighborhood team. I will probably keep an eye on them to be successful but my Jets misery will continue as long as long as I live. Sorry this is a BS Forum topic but Jets are on BYE this week and I wanted to receive some abuse from my fellow TGG friends for moving from a miserable team's neighborhood to another miserable team's neighborhood.
I like new Jets units better to be honest. I will miss my goats for sure but colts will still do byz Thanks my friend. Forgot to add. My last game at Metlife was..... Colts at Jets last Sunday You can't write this up for a good bye game at Metlife. @GreenFan15J
Life has a way of throwing the occasional change up and looks like you got yours. Relocating can be stressful but if you approach it as a new adventure, you just might find its not so bad. Your tax situation should improve dramatically but your sport options won't. You'll have the Colts (NFL), the Pacers (NBA) and of course, the Indy 500 in case that's something you might be interested in. You'll also now have to find streams like the rest of us out of town Jet fans too. You're only 90mins out of Chicago and perhaps 2hrs out of St. Louis so there are options in case Indy gets boring. Embrace change Brook. Keeps life spicy!!
Thanks boss. My soccer team Galatasaray and Jets are my only sports teams. I will never stop rooting for them. Colts will be my adopted team. But I don't think I will ever care about a Chicago or St Louis team just like I never cared for a Philly or Baltimore team. But I see you point. Thanks boss.

I been predicting that *IF* Rodgers was to go anywhere else next season Indy is the most likely total consideration fit. So at least you'd have him following you there.

I got sick on boats, roller coasters, planes, you name it as a kid and teenager. I took a job for two years traveling the country for 3/4 weeks a month and it was an awesome experience before I decided to localize. Go to Chicago early and often in the warmer months. One of my favorite US cities by far and it’s not some crazy drive from Indy to Chitown.
Good luck with your move and your new position. And I think you should get to a game or two at Lucas, it looks like a great stadium. In fact it would look really great planted in the parking lot a couple of hundred feet away from CitiField!
