Today should be the end of the Aaron Rodgers experiment. You need a QB with some mobility in todays NFL and he looks less mobile than a 40 year old Tom Brady.

Joe Douglas is going to go down as a worse GM than John Idzik.

This Rodgers move and correlating trades/roster moves “in support of Rodgers” set being competitive back 3-5 years

All those years watching him play for Green Bay.

I would watch the Packers play and see the highlights from their games.

I saw so many big plays downfield, TDs from Rodgers.

Then to watch him play for the Jets in this abomination of a offense.

I'm so disappointed and I feel like I've been sold a bill of goods.

I freely admit I was all for bringing him in here. I thought he had something left. He doesn’t. He’s washed. And not that it matters, but he’s starting the rest of the season. Wood Head johnson would never allow him to be benched, although he needs to be.

    Brett was good here.

He got injured (of course Jets luck) down the stretch.

Not even close to Favre 2.0. Favre actually won games here and we had a decent offense only to collapse at the very end when Favre hurt his shoulder. Aaron Rodgers is completely washed up and moves around at the same pace of Joe Biden.

Watching an immobile Aaron Rodgers today reminded me:

Long, long ago, New Englanders had 1 option only on Sunday afternoons, Chris Schenkel and the New York Football Giants. Even as a kid, they were easy to hate. So after a few years where the Giants and YA Tittle were terrific, it felt fantastic to see him fall apart and lose game after game. Until the image of him sitting on the bench, his bald head bloodied, defeated. And then instead of hatred, I felt sadness for him.

And watching Rodgers today reminded me of that.

I wonder how much he regrets deciding to move to the Jets for the end of his career - I imagine he must wish he could go back in time and make a different choice

The Jets probably have a similar feeling in thinking they were getting someone with at least some mobility. I don’t think they realized just how much of a statue Rodgers is and they are seeing it full scale post Achilles injury. The guy is a literal statue that can’t even avoid 320 lb DTs.

    I know I do.

Here's a list of NFL teams who do you want to follow...

NY Jets sound cool I'll take them.

Ken comes along throws a lot of ball around and here we are 41 years later.

One of the worst and embarrassing moves in Jets history.most thought the Jets would be a SB contender with him. Some one said above it set back the Jets 3-5 years and they ain’t kidding!

    could have had Josh Allen.
Could have had Lamar Jackson in FA.

this is a terrible run organization.

We need to seriously convince Rodgers to retire, forget about his on field play, he has been a cancer to this team by bringing all his buddy’s here, this disaster just didn’t happen, it all started when the jets brought Hackett here to make Rodgers happy, out of all offensive coordinators the jets could have hired they picked Hackett a proven turd to appease Rodgers, they gave Rodgers the keys to the organIZATION AND this is the end result. You know why greenbay is a good organization? Because they kept Rodgers on a tight leash and when he became a headache they traded him, he wanted them to resign his buddy Davente to ridiculous money they said fuck you, lafleur ran the offense not ar, now ar is here on the wrong side of Father Time running the whole organization basically and bringing his buddies here like kinlaw, Hackett etc, this is the real reason why we are 3-8 this season

I was at the Achilles game. It was the best game I’ve ever been too. Thanks, Aaron.
