We are 3-6 and taking on Cardinals in Arizona next Sunday. I can't trust Jets to win this game with this coaching and dumb players across the roster but Rodgers showed us something in second half so who knows.
Cardinals have been one of those crappy franchises like us…sure they’ll flash some every once in a while but in the end, they are crap like us and tend to revert to the mean like we do. They are who they are, just like we are who we are. That being said, they’re on a bit of a roll now and they just beat the Dolphins with Tua. I don’t think their roster is better than ours overall, but I do think they are playing better than we are. Plus, running QBs always seem to give us fits. I think our D is going to have trouble stopping Connor who is a freaking tough runner, and I think we will give us big plays to Murray on the ground. If we are to win, our offense is going to have to score points, because I think we’ll give up at least 20 to them. If we play stupid like we’ve done most of the year, we lose. If we play like we did against NE the first time and the 2nd half last night, then I think we can win this one. We’ll see…I’m not confident at all, but I’m hopeful we can pull one out here.
The Cardinals have the leagues 7th running offense. I might throw my remote right through my fucking TV every time I see them go with double eagle defensive tackles and ends outside the tackles. I have a resilient TV that can take a couple hits. Stop the run, spy Kyler, stop the Cardinals. This is a pure and simple defensive coaching staff gameplan game. Let’s see if they can rise to the occasion.
I had serious doubts after the Pats game. I really didn't think it was possible anymore. Confidence was lost. But after the Texans game, it all changed. I'm now very optimistic that these Jets are good enough to win 7 or 8 games. AKA the perfect amount to miss the playoffs, reel us back in to set up another devastating loss or two and secure the 16th pick in the draft, missing on any worthwhile QB.
They have played like crap most of this season but I think this game could be the deciding game for how this season goes. I think this game, the Seattle game and splitting with Miami could put them in contention for the last WC spot (assuming they beat the Colts). If they lose this game their season is officially over imho.
Honestly if the Jets don't put together three or four wins then the results on Thursday doesn't mean anything
I find it funny that people are arguing foot and shin is same as toe and heel... toe and heel is both the ONE FOOT G actually got foot AND shin AND other foot
