You can get Davente, and whoever you want, but until you start messing with the players money which is mostly what they care about and hurting their ego they won't step up and want to win, right now besides Rodgers and maybe a couple Jets, the rest of the team is ok with losing as long as they are collecting their inflated paychecks.

You’re never going to have accountability once you’ve ceded complete control of the franchise to a player. A player who thought spending the pre season in a spirit lodge was a better use of his time than practicing with the offense. And hired his butt dog nepo baby of an offensive coordinator who isn’t qualified to run a pop warner offense.

I don't want to cut anyone, but clearly there are some underperforming rich fat cats on that defense. The run holes I saw last night in the first half were ridiculous.
You took the words out of my mouth. There are a hundred players that can do what both of them do, collect a pay check and fill a roster position. Clemons plays like an idiot. When you are not super athletic or strong you make up for it with technique and acumen. They have none of the above.
