At this point I'm also left suspecting this reactionary ship is purely being driven by an emotional Woody. Like it wouldn't shock me to find out latter JD wouldn't of even had a say in this.
We don’t need Devante, we need a big run stuffer for the middle of the defense. (Repeating myself, I know )
It is so fucking weird to me that a team that just fired it's head coach and is 2 - 4 is the team Davante Adams wants to go to. Like...how is that an upgrade? Going from a 2 - 4 team to a 2 - 4 team that just fired it's head coach. It just seems so emotional. I absolutely could not care less about this. It's just a bizarre look into the human psyche. Not to mention Reddick. The Jets are so fucking weird, man.
This is 100% the case in my opinion. It was him that got Aaron Rodgers here in the first place, it was him that fired the coach last week, and it is certainly him that has been working on this. It's not like this is the first time stuff like this has happened.
I can't even get excited with this trade. Damn loss yesterday against a rough Bills team sucks. We underperformed and hurt ourselves and only we can dig ourselves out. Joe Douglas is desperate but he should have done this long ago
Woody gets his flash in the pan Devante to get headlines how he and Rogers roll up 300 plus yards between the goal posts Hopefully the Red Zone too But with our shitty defense and record setting penalties we are looking at a shootout every Sunday with gunslinger AR and his favorite targets and now an old target lol
I am not against the Adams trade for the simple fact that the last two games were thrown away, literally, because the receivers don't know this guy well enough, don't know how to improvise, and he is either too stubborn or too arrogant to throw the ball to where they actually are, instead of where he expects them to be. Adams at least has been there before and will be where he's expected to be.
I know the Raiders are weird and fucked up...but the Jets are so fucking weird. Like what in the actual fuck?
