I’m so sick and tired of hearing our coach saying this over and over. Fuck 3rd and manageable. Fuck 3rd down! Why do we have such a passive Beta mentality? I want a drive of nothing but first downs ultimately resulting in a TD. Like wtf coach? Get the team to the line with 20 seconds left. Get the fucking playcall in! The little things matter. Playing for 3rd and manageable has gotten us to a ton of 3rd and manageable situations, and then we go 3 and out. It’s a top down mentality.

This attitude is so indicative of the core issue with our coaching staff - they coach not to lose. They are entirely overly conservative. They coach like it's 1985.

That applies to both Hackett and Saleh. They are a match made in antiquated football philosophy heaven.

3rd and Manageable would be a potential title for a movie about the New York Jets.

Dumpster Fire would be another one.

Third and manageable is what you coach to when you have a rookie QB that doesn’t know what they are doing and you can’t count on them to make a throw when you need it.

AR does not need to be in third and manageable.

    It’s a disgusting losing mentality.

How about attack the defense, put pressure on the corners, go deep and make them cover the entire field.

    How about that?

Third and fucking manageable my ass

It finally looked like Rodgers was visibly frustrated with the play call horse shit. They flashed to him rolling his hand around like hurry the fuck up.

Hackett's job is mostly to get the personnel in and then AR is supposed to cook--but that fool can't get do it fast enough. And Saleh sits there and watches.

Also don't know if you noticed but they basically eliminated pre-snap motion yesterday--it worked to stop false starts. Don't know the extent it contributed to the interceptions and lack of offensive success.

The only 3rd and manageable for this offense right now is 3rd and inches.

    3rd and 3 = 3rd and 25

It wasn't just yesterday either, we're near the bottom of the league in pre-snap motion %. Meanwhile most of the top offenses are near the top since pre-snap motion gives the QB information about what type of defense he's facing. Hackett is such a disaster. Can't recall such an archaic, bland offense.

Hardly any big plays out of this offense.

Seemingly always has to be a methodical march down the field and that's even if they can manage to get anything going.

The offense is broken and we know why.

Also, like Rodgers said, there is no accountability on this team.
